The only thing that I would change is the lack of AC. I am very heat intolerant and it was a bit too warm. There was one fan, but it wasn't enough to cool the entire place down. Other then that the place was just perfect. Wonderfully decorated and had everything we needed. It was close enough to walk to the Plaza. We had a great time, I would stay there again, but would want more fans or AC in the summer months.
Love the place....We had the best time staying at this location.
One of our favorite vrbo's to date. Most importantly, Gordy, property manager pursued me when I decided I couldn't stay at his higher priced vrbo and worked with me to let me stay here at this lovely vrbo!!! Thanks so much for a delightful stay. We'll be back!
Loved our stay in New Mexico, Santa Fe. Would highly recommend our friends and family to rent this place. We will be back!!
We actually stayed at the Patron II. Tenants in Patron I were not out in time so we received a very nice call letting us know that they needed to move us. The units were closer to downtown than I thought, yet very quiet. Perfect get away for us and much nicer than staying at a hotel.
The bed was great, really comfortable. The ac was more than adequate for the middle of the summer. The bath was really nice, clean, with plenty of hot water. Close to the plaza. Quiet neighborhood. Small, but wonderful kitchen for a rental property. Only complaint, not cold enough to have a fire in the bedroom fireplace...will have to come back in the wintertime.
Your vacation rentals provide a great way to see Santa Fe as a local. Walking distance to the main square and other amenities, your casitias are the best way to go. Clean, unique, and comfortable, there isn't a better place to stay for the price.
WE really enjoyed the Casita Patron. Small rooms, but well designed and very nice details, like great bedding, robes, full kitchen, music CDs, hot tub and jacuzzi. Excellent value. Comfortable, quiet residential neighborhood. Very clean. Loved it all. Would definitely recommend it to friends.
very clean,great location
Accomodations and ammenities are top notch at all digital nomad properties. Only place I stay in Santa Fe!
both those items your adding over 100.00 dollars(1/3 more) to the total rental fee. My only other concern was the snow and ice at the entrances to both casitas. I recently had knee surgery so it was a little scary getting in and out.
This was the best place we've stayed in Santa Fe ever. The bed sank in the middle but everything else was good.
We really enjoyed our stay here! The casita is in a great location (a 7-minute walk to the plaza!), easy to get to and quiet. We really appreciated the fact that the unit has a washer & dryer and enjoyed using the jetted tub. This unit was perfect for our family of 3. I hope we can come back someday!
We stayed for two nights and enjoyed the fireplace while hot tubbing! Close walk to the Plaza, clean and newly remodeled. Bed was a little on the soft side, no wireless access, and no laundry detergent (no one called me back from guest services). Very private, adorable, and will stay again. Matter of fact, referred friends for the next weekend the exact same casita. Charming color schemes, authentic look, and an artist's inspiration.
we already reviewed
The Casita Patron I- was a great place to stay! It was pretty centalized to downtown and easy to acess the major freeways, to get to other tourist spots. It was cozy, private, had a great comfortable bed, and was the closest unit to the hot tub and Bar_B-Q area. I would definitely stay here again!!
Burning wood fireplace in our bedroom and at the hot tub was phenomenal. We'll be back every time we come to Santa Fe - see you soon. Patron I por favor.
Bathroom Concerns: 1. Terrible toilet paper. It does not help the septic system when must use 4-6 sheets vs. 2-3 for good quality.2. Toilet tank flapper needs replacement. Often, had to flush twice to clear bowl. Had to open tank to stop water filling.
The floor rugs were not clean and are very unattractive. The lights in the hot tub area were burned out and so were the night lights in the parking are. You have to feel your way from the car to the entrance. Other than that, everything we needed was there for us. We did enjoy our stay despite those few things.
the location was perfect- a few blocks away from Governor's palance. Located in a residential area, quiet and the casita was perfectly decorated and lovely. The only problem was reaching the property managers-- voice mail full, cell phones disconnected. The housecleaner became our only contact and because it was the softness of the bed at issue, nothing was ever done. It didn't wreck a great vacation.
The location of Patron I is ideal for a short walk to the Plaza which has a Starbucks, bars, restaurants, a cathredal, museums, native american crafts and a great atmosphere. The casita is warm, has a full kitchen and everything you need away from home. We had our little grandaughter visit almost every day and she loved seeing her picture on our shelf. We will be back in July for another visit.
Overall were pleased with the casita. Was pretty tight fit for 2 adults and 2 kids.
we had alot of trouble with the lock on the door. we finally got it open after much fussing with it. I called both numbers I had to speak to someone about it. noone ever called back. don;t know what we would have done if we could not have gotten in. would have had to stay somewhere else. other wise we really liked the place. patrice king.
beautifully remodeled, but would not recommend this unit for more than 2 people. even with the pull-out couch, very cramped, plus did not like the TV up so high - would have been better on the wall near the round table (or at least that height). we would stay again, but opt for the bigger unit with the king bed.
We needed propane and they said they would bring it. Nobody showed up till 3 days later. We had to try to find a place to get it from while on vacation. The place is in a great location to walk to downtown and get grocerys or eat dinner out. Great stay overall I just wished someone would of called us back when we called the 2 time.
Romantic fireplace in the bedroom. Close proximity to the Historic Plaza with all its amenities.
This was not a good property for a 21 day stay, but would be great for a few days or even a week. Located in an area where alot of renovation is going on, but should improve in a few years.Nice furniture and amenities. Small but comfortable.
